Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes long. Some specialized services, such as Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy or initial assessments, may be longer. Your therapist will discuss session length and frequency during your first appointment.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines low-dose ketamine with guided psychotherapy sessions. It can provide rapid relief for treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD. At Coastwise Health, KAP is provided by trained clinicians in a safe, supervised setting and is integrated into your broader therapy, for clients who meet clinical criteria. Learn more on our KAP page.
